I currently have the sling on my Kimber mountain ascent 280 AI rifle and went on an evening hunt on a step block in the King Country of New Zealand ,I picked up a spiker at 500m with my thermals and decided to get closer ,which involved climbing up a long steep hill ,this required me to have both hands free to hang on to vegetation and keep my balance ,the bi sling was great and enabled me to do this. Once I reached the ridge I had another glass around and after a few minutes picked the spiker grazing its way along at around 100m on the bush line .It was just a matter of lifting the rifle up to my shoulder and taking the shot. With the spiker down, gutting done it was just a matter of dragging the animal down the step hillside, both hands free ,which made things a way lot easier. I am going Tahr hunting in a few months time in the South Island of New Zealand in a mountainous region and will absolutely be taking this sling , this time on my Sako 7mm RM. With the rifle being carried this way it doesn`t seem to weigh much as well ,on top of freeing up both hands .Bloody Good!!!
